My Educational Journey

My professional journey in education began in 1983, when I started my career as a mathematics teacher. Over the following fourteen years, I had the opportunity to teach in both Punjab and Andhra Pradesh. Those years gave me a deep understanding of students, classrooms, learning patterns, and the importance of building strong foundations in education.

In 2002, I entered a new phase of my career as a school principal. Serving in leadership roles allowed me to work closely not only with students, but also with parents, teachers, colleagues, school managements, and educational organizations. These experiences gave me valuable insight into the academic, emotional, behavioral, and social challenges that influence a child’s development.

My years in school administration taught me that education extends far beyond textbooks and examinations. A child’s growth is shaped by the combined influence of parents, teachers, the school environment, personal discipline, communication, and the values they receive at home and in society

After taking voluntary retirement in 2016, I continued my journey of learning through Vedic astrology. I completed Jyotish Praveena, Jyotish Visharada, and advanced studies in astrology, and I am currently pursuing doctoral research with a focus on profession and career. Over the years, I have also offered astrological guidance to family members and friends, which has further deepened my interest in understanding human nature, decision-making, life direction, and personal potential.

During my years in education, I observed an important concern in modern family life. Many parents, due to demanding professional and personal responsibilities, depend heavily on schools and long academic schedules for their children’s development. However, learning is not measured only by the number of hours a child spends in school. Understanding what a child is learning, how the child is thinking, how behavior is developing, and what kind of emotional and academic support is required is equally important.

Why I Created N2 Wisdom Academy

N2 Wisdom Academy was created from a desire to bridge the gap between academic learning and the wider guidance students and families often need. Through my years in education, I observed that many children spend long hours in school, yet parents may have limited time to understand what they are truly learning, how they are developing, and what support they require. I believe meaningful education needs the combined involvement of students, parents, teachers, and the learning environment. Through this Academy, I hope to share practical guidance, encourage better communication, support thoughtful decision-making, and help learners grow with greater confidence and awareness.

My Vision for Learners

My vision is to help learners become confident, thoughtful, and independent individuals who can understand knowledge rather than simply memorize it. I hope to encourage curiosity, responsible decision-making, practical thinking, and a lifelong interest in learning. Through N2 Wisdom Academy, I want students and families to see education as a journey of growth that develops not only academic ability, but also character, awareness, and the confidence to face life with greater clarity.
